Junior Rugby participation should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all those involved in the game. Kids Pathway Skills provides coaches and teachers with the fundamentals for coaching the modified games of the Rugby Australia Player Pathway to U6-U12 kids.
This course has been designed to assist you in creating at atmosphere at RUGBY training that is ENJOYABLE, requires kids to be ACTIVE most of the time and is a genuine LEARNING experience. We call this REAL Rugby, and if you can put it into practice, your players will develop their love for the game in a positive team environment that all can participate in.

Youth Rugby participation should be enjoyable and rewarding for all involved in the game. The Foundation course provides coaches and teachers of U12-U15 athletes with the essential ingredients to develop the participants.
This course has been designed to assist you in creating an atmosphere at training that is REALISTIC to the participants level of development, ENJOYABLE, requires players to be ACTIVE most of the time and is a genuine LEARNING experience. We call this REAL Rugby and, if you can put this into practice, your players will develop their skills, knowledge and teamwork.
We hope you enjoy the course and utilise the resources provided. These will give you the starting point on your journey towards Level 1 Coach accreditation.
Following this course there are a number of tasks they will need to be undertaken to gain accreditation but these are not onerous and should be seen as part of your development as a coach.
