From January 2019, Rugby Australia as part of the Rugby Xplorer project will release its next generation of registration and competition management functionality, with the ultimate aim of streamlining the registration process for participants whilst making the admin portal more user friendly for club and competition administrators.
The next generation of the app will allow online registration and sign-up abilities for Community Rugby in 2019.
Prior to registrations opening from 7 January, we recommend you sign into the Rugby Xplorer app to access your Rugby account and be given member only benefits.
Please note, Rugby Xplorer admin portal will not be available to club admins until mid-December. All admin users will be required to sign into Rugby Xplorer app prior to receiving admin user permissions. Please contact your Competition Manager for further information regarding your access.
Our current Match Day app will be updated (December 2018) and should update your app automatically based on your individual mobile settings. This will enable team managers to complete all their match day tasks in an easier, more efficient manner.
A comprehensive education and training program will be provided for admin users, commencing in December 2018.

The support team is staffed from 9am-5pm weekdays in the lead up to the Xmas break (Office closes on Friday afternoon, 21st December, and reopens on Monday morning, 7 January, 2019). From Jan 7 2019 the hours will be extended to cover key times of the day, including weekday evenings (9am-9pm) and Saturday's (9am-3pm), to assist participants and admins to troubleshoot.
